# 🚚 Delivery Information

Fresh Asian groceries delivered to your door across mainland UK via DPD. Everything you need to know about our delivery rates, fresh & frozen packaging, and our returns policy.

## Delivery Rates

Standard Delivery

£7.20 per order

Flat rate for all mainland UK orders under £75, delivered by DPD in 1–7 working days.

Spend £75 or more and standard delivery is on us. Fresh & frozen surcharges still apply where relevant.

## Fresh & Frozen Surcharge

### Temperature-Controlled Packaging — £5.50 per order

🧊 Order contains frozen items only \+ £5.50

🥬 Order contains fresh / chilled items only \+ £5.50

🧊🥬 Order contains both frozen & fresh items \+ £5.50 (charged once)

The surcharge covers our insulated poly box and Sorba Freeze ice pack system. It is charged **once per order** regardless of how many temperature-sensitive items you order, and applies even on free delivery orders.

DPD — 1 to 7 working days from dispatch

Max weight

Up to 26KG per parcel. Orders over 26KG may require a separate arrangement — we will contact you before dispatch.

Coverage

UK Mainland & Part of Scotland (see remote areas below for exclusions)

Tracking

Full DPD tracking provided. You will receive a 1-hour delivery slot notification by SMS or email on the morning of your delivery.

Signature

Signature required on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel — especially for fresh & frozen orders.

## Remote & Non-Mainland Areas

**We are currently unable to deliver to the following areas:**

Scottish Highlands & Islands (AB31–AB56, FK17–FK21, HS, IV, KA27–KA28, KW, PA20–PA80, PH15–PH50, ZE postcodes), Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25), and Channel Islands.

If your postcode falls within one of these areas, the delivery option will not appear at checkout. We hope to expand our coverage in the future and apologise for any inconvenience.

## Packaging

-   📦 All orders are carefully packed. Glass bottles and fragile items are wrapped in **bubble wrap** to prevent breakage in transit. We re-use good-condition boxes where possible to reduce waste.
-   🧊 Fresh and frozen items are packed using our **poly box** and **Sorba Freeze ice pack system**, which keeps items below 3°C upon arrival. Items may be slightly defrosted on the surface but will be in their best condition for refreezing or immediate consumption.
-   ❄️ **Please place frozen items straight into the freezer** as soon as you receive your parcel.

**⚠️ Please be available on your delivery day.** You must ensure someone is at the address to sign for your parcel. Any fresh or frozen items damaged due to a failed delivery attempt are **non-refundable**.

## Our Policies

🕐 Complaints — Fresh & Frozen Items

Any complaints about fresh or frozen items must be reported to us **within 2–3 hours** of receiving your parcel. Tuk Tuk Mart holds the right to make final decisions on complaints raised outside of this window.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return any item, you may do so **within 14 working days** of delivery, provided the item is unopened, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

**We are unable to offer refunds on fresh vegetables, chilled, or frozen items.**

If you return an item due to a change of mind, you are liable for the return postage costs and any postage costs for an exchange.

🔨 Broken or Damaged Item

We take great care packing every order. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us **within 14 days** of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will investigate and either replace or refund you.

📋 Incorrect or Missing Item

If an item is missing or incorrect in your order, please contact us **within 14 days** of delivery with your order number and the details. We will send the correct item and cover any extra postage. We may ask you to return the incorrect item, for which we will provide a prepaid return label.

🏠 Wrong Address

Parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are destroyed by DPD. In this case **we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement without repayment**. Please double-check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
