-   **Description**: Lobo Holy Basil Seasoning Paste 50g. Full of aromatic Thai basil, this quick and simple dish is a favourite of the people of Bangkok. Sometimes it is served hot over steamed rice with a fried egg on top.
    
    **Tuk Tuk Method**: Recipe for Gai Pad Kaprao (Basil Chicken). Slice or chop 250g of chicken or your chosen meat. Heat a wok or a frying pan and add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil together with the contents of this packet. Stir until it becomes aromatic. Add the meat and stir-fry until the meat is done. Serve with boiled rice and top with a fried egg (optional).
    
    **Storage**: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
