    **Tuk Tuk Method**:Prepare 500g chicken drumsticks or thighs. Sprinkle the contents of 1 packet seasoning mix, blend well and marinate for 15 minutes. Put 300g rice in a rice cooker. Add the chicken and blend with rice. Pour in appropriate amount of water. Switch on the rice cooker. Let the rice cook and serve hot with Dipping Sauce and Cucumber Salad.
    
    **Storage**: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
