-   **Description**: Akagi Wheat Dried Somen Noodles 270g. A packet of delicious dried wheat somen noodles from Japan. These noodles are very quick to cook, but are best served cold with a bonito-based dipping sauce. The noodles can also be used as an instant noodle and simmer the noodles in stock with mushrooms, meat and vegetables.
    
    **Tuk Tuk Method**: To cook the noodles: 1. Bring a pan of water to boil (for 90g noodles use 1l of water) Add noodles to the pan and simmer for 3 minutes Drain and wash immediately in cold water.
