-   **Description**: Flying Goose [Sriracha](https://tuktukmart.co.uk/products/flying-goose-original-sriracha-hot-chilli-sauce-455ml) Yuzu Chilli Sauce is made from yuzu which are ground into a smooth paste with garlic and chilli. Flying Goose is one of Thailand’s favourite brands.
    
    **Tuk Tuk Method**: We think this is perfect as a condiment for spicing up food and as a food ingredient and dipping sauce. It is hot, but not too hot, and with lots of flavour. Perfect on cold meat, kebabs, burgers, hot dogs and stir-fries. It has slightly more of a tang to it than the original sriracha and slightly less spice.
    
    **Storage**: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 8 weeks.
