-   **Description**: Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Thai Tom Yum Soup 50g. This spice paste allows you to recreate Thailand’s most famous soup at home, by combining the refreshing flavour of lemongrass and fiery chilli peppers.
    
    **Tuk Tuk Method**: Boil 880ml of water or unsalted chicken stock in a saucepan. Add Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Thai Tom Yum Soup and stir well. Add 250g of shelled prawns and 60g of mushrooms and return to boil. Just before serving, season to taste using lime or lemon juice and soya sauce or fish sauce. Garnish and serve hot.
    
    **Storage**: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
