    **Tuk Tuk Method**: Wash all ingredients with cold water thoroughly and drain. Add all ingredients together in a stock pot. Add optional pork or chicken. Pour 8-10 bowls (2-3 litres) of water to pot and bring to a boil. Once boiled, reduce heat and simmer foe 3-4 hours. Season with salt to taste and enjoy! Serves 4-5 people.
    
    **Storage**: Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
