- **Description**: Flying Goose Hoi Sin sauce is a popular sweet and sticky condiment for southeast Asian duck and pork dishes. Rich and thick, the sauce is equally good straight from the bottle or cooked into stir fries. Hoisin sauce has an amazing umami depth from soybean paste, with sweetness from sugar and added complexity from sesame oil and star anise.

**Tuk Tuk Method**: We think this is perfect for using with duck dishes. Also try using it as a glaze for pork, or even serve as a condiment with pho. Flying Goose hoisin sauce is also a great dipping sauce for dumplings and spring rolls.

**Storage**: Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 8 weeks.
