**Description**: Healthy Boy Sweet Soy Sauce 700ml. The thick, dark brown sauce, made from soy beans – has a salty-sweet taste. Use it in marinades to give colour and flavour to ingredients like chicken thighs, belly pork or prawns or as a dipping sauce for dim sum or Hainanese chicken rice. It combines well with other Chinese flavourings, such as chilli oil, soy sauce, sesame oil and rice wine making it a versatile ingredient to have to hand.
