-   **Description**:Lee Kum Kee [Black Bean Garlic](https://tuktukmart.co.uk/products/lee " Black Bean Garlic") Stir-Fry Sauce 50g. A classic Chinese sauce prepared from selected fermented black beans and aromatic garlic. With a hint of fragrant spice and the warmth of ginger it is ideal for making a delicious quick stir-fry with any meat, seafood or vegetables.
    
    **Tuk Tuk Method**:For a delicious meal marinate the chicken with Oyster Sauce and set aside. Heat a wok or large frying pan, add the oil then sauté the shallots over medium heat for 2 minutes, add chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add the peppers and sauce mix, and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
    
    **Storage**: Please keep in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight.
