# Lobo Seasoning Mix For Chicken 100g (50g*2)

**Description**: Lobo Seasoning Mix For Chicken (50gX2). 

**Tuk Tuk Method:** 

Prepare 1 kg / 2 lbs of chicken, dissolve the contents of one packet in 60ml of water, soak and rub onto the chicken then marinate for 1 hour. Then decide how you want to cook the chicken!

Grill: Grill over charcoal. Baste the skin with oil. Turn frequently.

Fry: Deep fry in vegetable oil at medium heat until the chicken turns golden brown.

Bake: Bake at 374°F or 190°C for 30-45 minutes.

**Ingredients:** Sugar, Hydrolysed **Soya** & Maize Protein, Maltodextrin, Salt, Spices (8%) (Garlic, Tumeric, **Mustard**, Fenugreek, Coriander, Chilli), **Soybean** Oil, Anti-caking Agent: Silicon Dioxide & Calcium Phosphate
