-   **Description**: Medal Duck Authentic Whole Peking Duck (Ready Cooked) 1.3kg (Frozen). Authentic whole Peking duck, expertly roasted and ready to serve. This 1.3kg frozen bird arrives fully cooked, requiring only thawing and gentle reheating to enjoy crispy skin and succulent meat. Perfect for special occasions, family gatherings, or when you crave restaurant-quality Chinese cuisine at home. Simply thaw overnight in the refrigerator, warm through, and serve with pancakes, hoisin sauce, and cucumber. Convenient, impressive, and delicious.  
    
    **Tuk Tuk Method**:  
    
    Defrost fully. Heat cooking oil to 200°C carefully pour oil over the duck until the skin is crispy. Ensure the product pipping hot throughout before serving.
    
    Defrost fully. Place in the centre of a roasting tin in a preheated oven at 225°C for 25-30 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown. Ensure the product is pipping hot throughout before serving.
