The Massaman curry has extra richness and warmth from cumin, coriander seeds, cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg. It can be served with chicken, lamb, beef or veg and often includes peanuts or cashews. 

**Tuk Tuk Method:** Simply mix the curry paste with coconut cream/milk and add to stir-fried lamb or beef. For a milder flavour, half the portion of the curry paste.
