-   **Description**: Silk Road Thai Hom Mali Jasmine Rice 2kg. Moist and soft in texture when cooked, with a slightly sweet flavour.
    
    **Tuk Tuk Method**: Wash and rinse 225g rice then place in a pan and add about 200ml cold water with a pinch of salt, cover then bring to a boil then reduce heat to very low and simmer for about 12-15 minutes until rice is cooked, remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes before fluffing up the rice with a fork before serving.
    
    **Storage**: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
