    **Tuk Tuk Method**:  
    
    1.  Cut the pork into pieces and mix well with Meat Marinating Powder, put it into the refrigerator for 12 hours to absorb the flavour.
    2.  Dip the marinated pork into the Jenrofen Powder, put it into an electric pot (or steam cooker) to steam until cooked. (Pour 2-3 cups of water into the outer pot, if using the electric pot.)
