-   **Description**: UP RainbowccolouredTapioca Pearls 455g. A bag of delicious mixed tapioca pearls from Thailand, perfect for tapioca lovers out there!
    
    **Tuk Tuk Method**: Boil water with a ratio 7:1 water to tapioca. Then pour the tapioca into the boiling water. Stir lightly while letting the tapioca float to the top, then cook for 15 minutes on high heat with a lid on. Maintain a rolling boil and stir every 5 minutes. Steep the cooked tapioca for 15 minutes, then take the pot off the heat and let it sit for 15 minutes covered. Then run lukewarm or cold water over the pearls and drain the water from them. Pour the tapioca into a container and cover them in sugar syrup or brown sugar. Cover the container and serve when ready!
    
    **Storage**: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
