-   **Description**: Zheng Feng Preserved Salted Black Bean 100g. These fermented salted black beans are carefully preserved in salt. Also known as Salty Chinese black beans or salted black beans, they have a distinctive, salty flavour. Salted black beans are widely used in Chinese cooking.
