Description: Lobo Yellow Curry Paste 50g

Tuk Tuk Method: Slice beef or chicken (250g), and add to a hot pan or wok with 240ml coconut milk together with contents of this pack, stir fry until oil separates and appears on top. Add 1 cup of water, bring to the boil, add potato and onion and cook until tender. Add fish sauce to taste, and serve with rice.

Ingredients: Garlic 21.0%, Shallot 19.0%, Vegetable Oil (Palm and Soybean) 17.0%, Spices (Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Mustard Powder) 12.0%, Salt 9.5%, Lemongrass 7.5%, Shrimp paste (Shrimp, Salt) 7.0%, Chilli 5.0%, Galangal 2.0%.
