Description: Flying Goose Hoi Sin Sauce 200ml. A popular sweet and sticky condiment for southeast Asian duck and pork dishes. Rich and thick, the sauce is equally good straight from the bottle or cooked into stir fries. Hoisin sauce has an umami depth from soybean paste, with sweetness from sugar and added complexity from sesame oil and star anise. The sauce is perhaps most widely used with Chinese duck dishes.

Tuk Tuk Method: Hoisin sauce is served with soups for flavouring and it is used frequently in vegetable stir-fries and marinades.
