    Tuk Tuk Method:Cut the chicken (about 300g) into cubes, rinse and marinade it with cooking wine for 10 minutes. Boil approx. 500g of oil, fry the chicken slightly and pout them into a bowl. Boil a little but of oil, fry the chicken slightly and pour into a bowl. Boil oil into the pot, add some ginger, garlic, chilli and the fried chicken, stir-fry thoroughly. Add the seasoning (in the sachet), stir-fry thoroughly. Dish up, garnish with some peanut, sesame and shallot and serve!

    Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
