Tuk Tuk Method:Combine 500g of pancake mix with 800ml of water in the mixing bowl and stir. Cut vegetables and/or seafood into bitesized pieces and stir into pancake mixture. Heat a small amount of oil in skillet and pour in desire amount of pancake mixture. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side or to desired crispiness. For best results, completely remove water from surface of vegetables or seafood. For crispier pancakes, pour a thinner layer of mix into the pan and press down the pancake as it cooks.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated
