Tuk Tuk Method:To make Salt & Pepper Chicken, coat chicken in beaten egg and cornflour. Deep fry and put to 1 side. Heat oil in a hot wok or frying pan, add spring onions and peppers, stir fry for 5 minutes. Add cooked chicken and Golden Dragon Seasoning for 4 minutes. Add Shao Sing wine/dry sherry and stir fry for 4 minutes. Serve with noodles or rice.
