Description:Golden Dragon Salt & Pepper Seasoning (with Roasted Garlic) 200g. A jar of delicious salt & pepper seasoning with roasted garlic made from the finest traditional ingredients.
Tuk Tuk Method:To make Salt & Pepper Chicken, coat chicken in beaten egg and cornflour. Deep fry and put to 1 side. Heat oil in a hot wok or frying pan, add spring onions and peppers, stir fry for 5 minutes. Add cooked chicken and Golden Dragon Seasoning for 4 minutes. Add Shao Sing wine/dry sherry and stir fry for 4 minutes. Serve with noodles or rice.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
