Using quality sweet potatoes grown by K.K. Orchard, these round-shaped sweet potato balls have a crispy golden crust. Take a bite and you discover a nice chewy texture that reminds you of mochi, and the slightly-sweet taro fillings unfold in your mouth, bringing you a multi-layered mouthfeel. You just can’t stop eating them!
Tuk Tuk Method: Deep fry from frozen. Heat cooking oil to 170 degrees celsius in a pan or fryer. Place the sweet potato balls into basket and let them sizzle for 2-3 mins, until they are crispy and light golden.
