Description: Mama Pad Thai Noodles 150g. Pad thai, or phad thai, is a stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a street food and at most restaurants in Thailand as part of the country's cuisine. 

Tuk Tuk Method: Simply soak the rice noodles in hot water for 1-2 minutes and drain well. Add seasoning in 1/3 cup of water and stir well. Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 50g of fresh shrimp or fresh meat and 40g of tofu into a pan. Fry for 3 minutes until shrimp/tofu is brown. Then out noodles and seasoning in and cook well. Add 1 egg, 15g dried shrimp, 100g fresh bean sprouts, 20g Chinese chives and 30g crushed peanuts. Finally, mix well and cook for 3 minutes and serve immediately.
