With less amount of chilli pepper than other Shichimi pepper you can find in the market, Momoya combines the subtle numbing spiciness from Shichimi chilli pepper and the outstanding aroma from Sansho, along with the citrusy fragrance from Yuzu peels, all blended harmoniously in this small jar.
Tuk Tuk Method: Suitable to use as the usual Shichimi pepper mix on noodles, nabe hotpots, rice dishes, soup dishes, yakitori, but also ideal to add on starters such as cold tofu.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
