Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Add about 2kg of water and pour all 120g of this product into a pot and bring to the boil to make the marinade.
2. Add about 1.5kg of washed ingredients, bring to the boil and then switch to medium heat until the meat is cooked and tender, then taste for saltiness and freshness before serving.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
