Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Put dried noodles and 500ml cold water in a pot and boil until boiling. 2. After boiling for 10-12 minutes, take out the noodles in a bowl. 3. Re-boil 500ml of water and put the rotten bamboo in the pot with the noodle soaked before. 4. When boiled noodles can be broken with chopsticks, put the Sauce package, Pickled cowpea, agaric, dried turnip, pickled bamboo shoot package, and bean curd stick package into a pot and stir together. 5. Add beans, chilli oil and vinegar bags, and stir slightly to add vegetables. It tastes better(instant enjoyment is more delicious). Notes: Chilli oil can be added according to your taste.
