    Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Wash 1.5 kg of fish, cut into slices or chunks, and place in a container with 1 bag of fish marinade and an appropriate amount of wine (a little white wine), spread evenly and set aside. 2. Cook the prepared vegetables in boiling water until they are about 80% cooked, then remove from the pan and put into a pot. 3.
