Tuk Tuk Method: Option 1: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add Fillets and bring it to a boil. Cook for another 30 seconds and drain. Add spicy sauce to a saucepan and stir fry for 10 seconds over low heat. Add about 400ml water and bean curd skin and bring to a boil. Add fillets to spicy soup and cook for 10 seconds over low heat. Add dried Sichuan pepper and dried chili on the top of cooked fillets. Boil some oil to pour on the fillets and serve. Option 2: Add spicy sauce to a saucepan and stir fry for 10 seconds over low heat. Add about 400ml water and bring it to a boil. Add fillets and bean curd skin. Bring it to a boil, cook for another 1 minute and serve.
