The Role

As an E-Commerce Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving our online presence, engaging with customers, and boosting sales through digital marketing. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating & managing marketing campaigns – Developing promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns to attract and retain customers.
• Email marketing – Crafting and sending engaging newsletters, promotional emails, and customer updates.
• Social media management – Growing our brand presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok through creative content and community engagement.
• Website & product updates – Ensuring product listings are optimised, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
• Analysing performance – Tracking campaign success, customer engagement, and sales data to refine strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience – Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role is preferred.
• Creativity – A knack for designing eye-catching campaigns and engaging social media content.
• Tech-savvy – Familiarity with email marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic e-commerce systems.
• Organised & proactive – Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to trends.
• Passion for Asian food & culture – A plus if you love Asian cuisine and understand our products!
