Tasks Include:

  • Assisting with product listings and marketing campaigns
  • Fulfilling orders and shipments
  • Handling all types of social media including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
  • All aspects of customer service

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with strong organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Commercially and result driven, always looking for ways to increase sales from the website.
  • Keen interest in Asian food
