Description: A1 Soup Spices (Bak Kut Teh) 肉骨茶 35g. A1 Soup Spices contains the spice mix of a traditional Malaysian Bak Kut Teh – a type of pork ribs in spices and herbal soup, inspired by Chinese cuisine. Bak Kut Teh literally means ‘meat bone tea’. Contrary to its name, it is not a tea, but a soup with meaty ribs in a broth of spices and herbs.
Tuk Tuk Method: Rinse meat. Add Meat and A1 Soup Spices to boiling water and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat. Add soya sauce, oyster sauce, monosodium glutamate/salt until meat is fully cooked. Add pepper before serving and enjoy!
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
