Description: Adabi Perencah Bihun Goreng Fried Rice Vermicelli Paste 120g. Adabi’s Perencah Bihun Goreng is a Malaysian favourite condiment for making traditional fried rice vermicelli. Perencah is the name for seasoning mix in Malay language. This seasoning paste is perfect for making an authentic Malaysian fried rice vermicelli at home!
Tuk Tuk Method: Soak 300g of rice vermicelli until soft and drain well. Heat 10 tablespoons of cooking oil and saute Adabi Fried Rice Vermicelli Paste using low heat. Add 150ml (3/4 cup) of water and vegetables, prawn, squid or meat. Add drained rice vermicelli and mix well and enjoy!
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place and away from sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
