Description: Amoy Chiu Chow Style Lo Sui Marinade 淘大潮式鹵水汁 450ml. A marinade perfectly paired with meat or tofu in Chiu Chow style from Hong Kong, giving you the authentic flavour of Chiu Chow Lo Sui!
Tuk Tuk Method: To make sauteed spicy prawns, use deshelled and deveined prawns. Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil, stir in yellow pepper and corn pepper then set aside. Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of oil and fry the prawns until medium well done. Add the garlic, yellow pepper and corn pepper and 2 tbsp of Amoy Chiu Chow Style Lo Sui Marinade with ¼ tsp of sugar. Stir well until prawns are done. Toss in spring onions, corn starch and water, stir and enjoy!
Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
