Tuk Tuk Method: Mix 500g of uncooked rice, 670ml of water, 1 tbsp of oil and Asian Home Gourmet Spice Mix for Singapore Coconut Rice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir once. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until cooked. Leave to stand for 5 minutes. Stir to mix. Garnish and serve hot with cooked eggs, fish or chicken and enjoy!
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
