Tuk Tuk Method: Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a saucepan on medium-low heat. Add Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Singapore Chicken Curry and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add 350g of chopped chicken and 2 potatoes cubed and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add 440ml of coconut milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until cooked. Serve hot with rice or bread and enjoy!
