Description: Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Thai Red Curry (Kaang Daeng) 50g. This spice paste allows you to recreate Thailand’s most popular curries at home, by combining the delicate mixture of herbs and spices with coconut cream.
Tuk Tuk Method: Heat 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a non-stick saucepan on medium-low heat. Add Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Thai Red Curry and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add half of the coconut milk and cook for 3 minutes or until oil appears on top. Add meat and cook for 5 minutes. Add remaining coconut milk and fruit or vegetables. Bring to a boil. Garnish and serve hot with rice.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
