Description: Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Vietnamese Chicken Curry (Ga Cari) 50g. With a gentle and delicate blend of aromatic herbs and spices, this Vietnamese Chicken Curry is usually eaten with rice or French bread (baguette).
Tuk Tuk Method: Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Add Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Vietnamese Chicken Curry and stir-fry for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add 250g of chopped chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add 385ml of coconut milk, chopped carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes or pumpkin and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until cooked. Serve hot with rice or bread and enjoy!
