    Tuk Tuk Method: Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Add Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Vietnamese Chicken Curry and stir-fry for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add 250g of chopped chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add 385ml of coconut milk, chopped carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes or pumpkin and bring to a boil.
