Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Dissolve four cubes in 1.5 litres of boiling water(using the bouillon is better), then cook the Wan Tan. When using, spoon out a bowl, add lean meat marinaded and browned, chive and coriander, finely sliced, browned onion, and pepper. This dish is served hot with bean sprouts, sweet leek, salade, and chilli.
