Description: Chang Long Life Noodle are made by traditional way, steamed and then dried with hot air. They are ideal for a stir-fry, soup and salads. These noodles contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and are 98% fat free!
Tuk Tuk Method: Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes, loosen with a fork or chopsticks. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add to stir-fried meat and vegetables and cook for 2 minutes for a delicious noodle combination dish.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
