Tuk Tuk Method:Put 1 tablespoon of oil into pan over slow heat. Put the noodles into pan and cook over a medium heat for 30 seconds. Loosen with fork or chopsticks. For a better result, add 2 tablespoons of water. Lower heat, add sauce powder and stir fry with udon for approx 2.5 minutes. For a better taste, add meat, ham and vegetables!
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
