Description: Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Indonesian Mee Goreng Sambal Fried Noodles 50g. Sambal chilli, a staple in Indonesian cuisine, provides a spicy, exotic flavour to the Mee Goreng (fried noodles), one of Indonesia's most popular dishes.
Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok or pan on medium-high heat. Add onion and seafood, and stir-fry for 2 minutes. 2. Add noodles and Spice Paste. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Push mixture to one side of wok. 3. Add eggs and cook for 1 minute and stir into noodles. Add tomatoes and stir-fry for another minute.
Cooking tips: 1. Minced chicken, lamb or beef may be used instead of seafood 2. Dried rice noodles may be used instead of dried egg noodles.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
