Description: East Asia Brand Sweet Potato Vermicelli (Straight/ Thin) 東亞牌紅薯寬粉(直條) 300g. Sweet potato vermicelli is similar in texture to bean thread vermicelli and turns transparent or glass-like when cooked - hence the name glass or cellophane noodles. This thick vermicelli is the perfect condiment for a hot pot.
Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Cook noodles in boiling water for 7-10 minutes. Stir occasionally so it doesn't stick to the pot 2.Drain out water, and rinse under noodles cold water for about 1 minute. 3. Drain any excess water and it is ready to serve. The cooked noodle can also be added to soup, stir-fry or other cooking methods.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep refrigerated once rehydrated and use within 3 days.
