Haidilao Tomato Flavour Hot Pot Seasoning is based on the hot pot soup seasoning mix used in the Haidilao restaurant chains initially established in the Szechuan province. The HDL is the shortened version of Haidilao, which means fortune in the Sichuan dialect. The Haidilao hot pot sauces and seasonings are very famous in Europe and the US due to HDL restaurants' presence.
