Tuk Tuk Method: Scrambled egg with shrimp and salted radish. Ingredients: 80g shrimp, 40g salted radish, 1 stalk spring onion, 4 eggs. Seasoning: 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp corn starch, a dash of sesame oil, and a pinch of pepper. Method: 1. Rinse shrimp and wipe dry. Then dice. Blend with some corn starch and then soak in hot oil for a while. Dish. 2. Rinse salted radish. Then dice. Dice spring onion. Beat eggs and blend in seasoning. 3. Heat works intensively and put in 1 tbsp oil. Saute salted radish, then add in beaten egg, diced shrimp and spring onion. Stir well. Dish up and serve.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
