Description: S. KHONKAEN Chinese Style Sausages (Lap Chong Sausages) 臘腸 360g (Frozen). Thai sausages a light, slightly sweet and have a delicate flavour. Frozen Thai Sausages, traditionally known as Saikrok or Saigrog. Made with pork and a delicious blend of light seasonings, including sugar and soy sauce to complement various recipes and meals.
Tuk Tuk Method: Thaw the sausages, then briefly heat them in boiling water. Remove the sausages from the water and let them dry for 10 minutes. Then fry or grill the sausages. Cut into individual pieces and serve with salad, ginger and chilli.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or colder until the best-before date. This item was initially frozen and may become chilled during delivery. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions or the recommended use-by date. The ice packs we provide are to maintain the temperature of the frozen/chilled goods. When arriving to the customer, frozen products may be slightly defrosted on the surface, but the products are still in perfect condition to cook on the same day.
