Description: Shinmei Banshomen Udon Noodles 500g. Slowly kneaded and aged, with high quality wheat flour, this pack contains 5 bundles of udon noodles. With a firm bite, enjoy great quality, fun to slurp noodles hot or cold in soups or with a tasty dipping sauce!
Tuk Tuk Method: Cook dried udon noodles in a similar way to spaghetti.
Add the udon noodles to a pan of boiling water; use about 1l per 100g of noodles.
Allow to cook for approximately 8-10 minutes or until soft.
Serve in a bowl of noodle soup with meat and vegetables or add to a stirfry to make yaki udon.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
