Tiger Tiger Water Chestnuts are an authentic oriental vegetable that adds a crisp, crunchy texture and a delicate flavour to any recipe. Tuk Tuk Method: After opening, drain in cold running water before use. They are delicious with stir-fried foods and should be added 2 or 3 minutes before the end of cooking to retain their unique crisp texture and oriental flavour.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer any unused product to a suitable covered container and refrigerate. Use within two days.
