Tuk Tuk Method: Remove wrapping film from tray. Place tray in a suitable pot with 1 litre of cold water. Place lid over the pot and bring to a boil and steam for a further 20 minutes until piping hot throughout. To serve, place dumplings on a plate with your choice of soya sauce or chilli oil.
